Code of Conduct
Please read and understand the following before attending our training sessions and seminars.
PROPER hygiene

Wash your hands before and after class. If you must use the restroom, wash your hands before returning to the mat.

Keep your face, body, and hands clean. Wear fresh and clean clothing. Wear deodorant. Keep your nails trimmed.

Freshen your breath before class. Chew some gum, brush your teeth, or carry mouthwash in your gym bag.

Keep your scabs and your blood to yourself as much as possible. Cover your wounds (abrasions/blisters/cuts) with Band-Aid or gauze.

Please discard trash, especially used bandages, properly.

PROPER attire
-
Official training uniform: Pekiti Tirsia Kali shirt (black); cargo pants (khaki); closed toe shoes (in accordance to facility regulations); clean, fresh, non-slip socks (black).

Substitute attire: any color shirt (bearing NO derogatory messages); sports pants; sports shorts or khaki shorts.

Safety equipment (recommended): eye protection, wrist guard or wrap, hand gloves, forearm guards, elbow pads, knee pads, shin guard, groin cup.
Unacceptable Attire:

Do-rags, stocking caps, skullcaps and bandanas.

Head coverings and hoods. This policy item does not apply to headgear considered as a part of religious or cultural dress. Students seeking approval to wear headgear as an expression of religious or cultural dress may make a verbal or written request to the class instructor. Reasonable requests will be approved.

Shorts or pants that reveal buttocks or underwear.

Clothing with derogatory, offensive and/or lewd messages either in words or pictures.

Men's undershirts of any color.

​​PROPER CONDUCT

Setting cell phones on silent mode.

Prompt arrival to training and strict adherence to schedule.

Caring of training facility by observing housekeeping rules and creating sanitary conditions.

Implementing training guidelines and etiquette.
