FOUNDER | PTK-KDP MASTER INSTRUCTOR

TUHON ARLENE PINPIN STEVENS

Prospective Students

Arlene Pinpin Stevens is a trailblazing instructor in Pekiti Tirsia Kali (PTK), recognized as the first woman to achieve Tuhon (Master Instructor) rank. Her journey began in the Philippines, immersed in the rich traditions of Filipino Martial Arts, and has shaped her into a teacher who blends cultural heritage, technical mastery, and principle-based instruction.

Arlene is the creator of the Visualizing Flow™ Method, a training framework that deconstructs complex PTK techniques into clear, actionable principles. Her teaching emphasizes timing, structure, and movement efficiency, helping students at all levels internalize skills through both conceptual understanding and physical practice.

Her classes are mentorship-driven, focusing on principle-based learning rather than rote memorization or belt systems. Students benefit from her innovative methodology, which integrates solo and partner drills, video review, and guided reflection to develop both skill and understanding.

Through her guidance, Arlene fosters a community of practitioners who are not just technically competent, but deeply connected to the art’s philosophy and cultural roots. Whether training in-person or virtually, her students experience instruction that is structured, insightful, and empowering.
