INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
The Instructor Development Program is for serious practitioners committed to teaching Pekiti Tirsia Kali. This rigorous program covers not only advanced technique but the pedagogical methods behind the Visualizing Flow™ approach developed by Tuhon Arlene.

PROGRAM STATUS
Cohorts are closed for 2026.
Participation is by invitation only.
Eligibility requires:

A minimum of four years of continuous training

Demonstrated technical consistency and training maturity

Alignment with our teaching ethics and training culture
PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM
Training instructors requires more than technical proficiency.
This pathway exists to develop:

Ethical, lineage-protective instruction

Long-term responsibility to students and the art

Independent thinking grounded in principle, not rank
The program is mentorship-based and unfolds over time, rather than through fixed timelines or certifications.
TEACHING FRAMEWORK
Instruction is guided by authentic Pekiti Tirsia Kali and informed by the Visualizing Flow™ Method.
Participants develop the ability to:

Teaching roles and permissions are earned through demonstrated readiness, not time served.
